                                The Lord Is A Healer
PSALM 91
-vs 1-3, 5-6, 9-10
v3 – perilous pestilence – a rushing calamity/plagues/diseases/epidemics
2 KINGS 5 – THINGS WE CAN LEARN
1.) NAAMAN HAD A PROBLEM – verse 1
Naamans name means pleasant & delightful
Naaman was powerful, wealthy, commander of the Syrian army and an unbeliever
WE CAN LEARN THAT NO MATTER WHAT CHANGES IN OUR LIVES, OUR
CONFESSION SHOULD NEVER CHANGE AND THE LORD NEVER CHANGES
WE CAN LEARN THAT WE REALLY HAVE NOTHING WITHOUT JESUS
WE CAN LEARN THAT WE CANNOT HIDE OUR ISSUES FOREVER
-Confront them…run toward them…defeat them
-Handle your issues quickly or they grow worse
WE CAN LEARN THAT WE NEED TO ALWAYS HAVE AN URGENT DESIRE FOR JESUS – vs2-6
        -go to Jesus first
WE CAN LEARN THAT TO GET WHAT THE LORD WANTS YOU TO HAVE, YOU HAVE TO SPEAK TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE – vs1-4
WE CAN LEARN THAT WE NEVER KNOW HOW THE LORD IS GOING TO HEAL US.  WE JUST KNOW WE ARE GOING TO BE HEALED – vs9-10
WE CAN LEARN THAT OBEDIENCE WORKS – vs14-19
