1. The Deity of Jesus Christ
    1. John 1:1-2 In the beginning was the WORD and the WORD was with God and the WORD was God. He was in the beginning with God
    2. Logos = think first then speak inward through becoming outward expression
    3. Jesus was with God in eternity then He was BEGOTTEN by God the Father and became flesh
    4. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only BEGOTTEN Son that whoever believe in Him should not perish but have everlasting life
    5. John 8:58 Jesus said to them, Most assuredly, I say to you before Abraham was I AM
    6. Jesus is God’s communication to man
      2. The eternal existence of Jesus Christ
    1. 1:3  All things were CREATED through Him and without Him nothing was CREATED that was CREATED
    2. He created everything
    3. He did not make mistakes when He created you
    4. You came from God and you are going back to Him this is your identity
    5. He created you with a purpose and a destiny
    6. There is no creation without a creator no design without a designer
    7. If you eliminate the Creator form the creative process what you believe is order was produced by chaos
      3. John 1:4 In Him was LIFE and the LIFE was the LIGHT of men
    1. 11:25 I am the RESURRECTION (to come) and the LIFE (here and now)
    2. 2nd Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation old things have passed away behold all things have become new
    3. There is a resurrection to come
    4. Are you dead spiritually
    5. Is your marriage dead
    6. Jesus is new life
      4. 1:5 And the Light shines in the darkness and the darkness did not comprehend it
    1. Are you searching for purpose and direction in this life
    2. Psalm 109:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path
    3. The darkness still does not comprehend Jesus
      5. 1:14 And the Word became FLESH and  DWELT AMONG us and we BEHELD His glory the glory as of the only begotten of the Father full of Grace and Truth
    1. Theanthropos the God man
    2. God sent the 2nd Adam to end all sin
    3. John was an eyewitness to the miracles Jesus performed the transfiguration of Jesus Christ and ultimately the resurrection of Jesus
    4. He is full of grace there is forgiveness of sins
    5. We cannot earn the grace of the Lord Jesus
    6. He is full of truth
    7. Truth for today you must accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior and Lord
