***Cried out means to raise a cry from the depth of the throat/to roar like a lion/call out
***Crying Out Prayer is Scriptural — Psalm 3:4…18:6/61:1-2/102:1-2/107: 6,13.19,28
(1.) CRYING OUT PRAYER is heard and answered – Mark 6:45-56 & 10:46-52
-we must cry out to the Lord because of the times we are living in and the Lord limits Himself to the prayers of the body of Christ
-don’t just cry out to the Lord when times get hard……Blind Bartimaeus cried out to the Lord because he heard all of the things Jesus was doing – NOW IT’S MY TURN…
Bartimaeus SHOOK and SHOUTED……
—He shook off the spirit of doubt and unbelief trying to invade him
—He shouted and cried out to the Lord and Jesus stopped in His tracks
—The Lord answered the prayers of blind Bartimaeus
***Guard Your MInd – the enemy whispers to us his lies
***REMEMBER: Prayer is the place where we obtain power in greater levels to deal with demons of greater ranks……..Daniel 10:12-14…
(2.) CRYING OUT PRAYER IS CONTINUAL – Mark 10:47
v47 says, “He began to keep on crying out and praying.”
—Continual prayer is scriptural and results in continual blessings
—Watch out for INSTANT GRATIFICATION
***An example of Persistence – Luke 18:1-8
-the widow and the judge
-we have a promise – Galatians 6:9
(3.) CRYING OUT TO THE LORD IN PRAYER PRODUCES GAINS AND LOSSES – Mark 6:51
