The Return of the Lord
***Paul referred to the return of the Lord in Philippians
-Phil 1:6 – the day of Jesus Christ
-Phil 1:10 – the day of Christ
-Phil 3:20 – eagerly wait for the Savior
-Phil 1:19-20 –
v20 “Earnest or Eager Expectation and Hope”
-this means: It is the stretching out of the head to see something in the distance
1. Paul understood what time it was – 1 Chr 12:32
2. Paul understood we have hope – Phil 1:20 & Titus 2:13
Our only hope is in Jesus Christ who is the God of Hope – Romans 15:13

-more & more people will turn against accepting Christianity – this is apostasy
b. is a spirit against the body of Christ – Rev 3:14-22
***By removing an emphasis on the Holy Spirit
-Laodicea – means rule of the people
***By influencing believers with a lukewarm spirit
What’s your temperature? – cold, hot or lukewarm…
c. is a spirit of dominance, intimidation, control amd lying and deception – Rev 13:12, 16-18
***Freedom is from Jesus…Oppression and control is from the antichrist
***Taking The mark of the beast is giving your allegiance and devotion to the antichrist and the antichrist system
