NOW

Ephesians 3:20-21

Now – He is a NOW God

         -He can do things NOW

To Him – this is Jesus Christ and it means to turn to Him.

          Turn to the Lord NOW because He is Able…….3 Powerful Words

He is Able – means He can do anything and nothing is Impossible with the Lord…

-Do not deny your isse…Do not dwell on your issue…Don’t doubt He can handle it

-Focus on the fact that God is Able…

          WHAT IS THE LORD ABLE TO DO?

1. He is able to save – Hebrews 7:25

a. Jesus Christ loves the lost

-take your eyes off their actions and sins.  Remember they are lost…

b. No one is beyond being saved

-the sin nature is the issue for all lost people

2. The Lord is able to heal any sickness – Matthew 9:27-30a

-you can count on the fact that Jesus is Able

-Jesus never changes

-THE LORD CAN DO IT

          ***NEVER QUESTION OR DOUBT THE LORD”S ABILITY***

Matthew 9:27-30A

-Jesus travelled through towns and stopped to minister to those who wanted Him to minister to them or else He would just pass through…….

-the cries of people and their prayers stop Jesus from leaving…

-the 2 blind men were healed and saved according to their faith – v28

3. The Lord is able to keep us from falling – Jude 24

-the Lord keeps us from falling away from Him

-Jesus keeps us from falling because of His love for us

TO DO EXCEEDINGLY ABUNDANTLY ABOVE ALL THAT WE ASK OR THINK

-Whatever we ask or think, the Lord will do MORE, bigger, grander

***Exceedingly abundantly above —–the word hyper comes from these words…

-adding hyper to a word makes something bigger, faster and stronger…

Understanding this will change our prayer lives……..and how we pray

ACCORDING TO THE POWER THAT WORKS WITHIN US

-the same power that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in us…

-this resurrection power gives every believer the power:

-to have great faith to believe that Jesus can do anything

-to believe the lord for a healing and miracle

-to know Jesus Christ is able
