NOW FAITH

EPHESIANS 3:20-21

(1.) OUR FAITH IS IN THE LORD AND SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST – Eph 3:20-21

-faith – means to trust in and rely upon Jesus Christ

-Romans 12:3 – every believer has a measure of faith

-Romans 10:17 – our faith can grow

To Him – vs20-21 – this phrase is used twice in vs20-21

-it speaks of our faith being in Jesus

-No Substitutes Allowed

-our faith must be totally in the Lord

He is the God of MORE………..

TURN TO JESUS – not to anything else

-it speaks of repentance

-repent and the Lord will do marvelous things – Joel 2:21

What are some of these great and marvelous things?

1. HE WILL BRING GREAT SATISFACTION TO YOU – Joel 2:19

-only Jesus satisfies

-stop searching after things to satisfy you

2. RESTORATION WILL OCCUR  – Joel 3:1

to restore means to repair…heal something that is broken

-restore you with God

-restore relationships

3. PROVISION WILL BE SENT TO YOU – Joel 2:19,22

-as you repent, provision will come to you from Jesus

-v22 – cattle, fruit, and vineyards which means jobs and prosperity

Faith Speaks through Praise and Worship – by praising the Lord…..

-Isaiah 33:10 – Exalt  The Lord…

-get your eyes on Jesus and off of yourself

REMEMBER: DON’T LET WHAT’S WRONG WITH YOU KEEP YOU FROM WORSHIPPING WHAT IS RIGHT WITH GOD

***FAITH SPEAK BY PRAISING THE LORD BY FAITH……….

-no matter what we feel

-no matter what we see – we do not deny reality.  We change reality by having faith in Jesus…

-no matter how bad or good things are

-your breakthrough is coming no matter how long it takes

***Our faith will be tested

-one of the great tests of our faith is when we do not receive what we want when we want it…but you will praise the Lord any way…

-you will find out what stage of growth you are in as a believer…
